Westward American Single Malt
The Westward distillery is located in the main barley cultivation area in Portland, Oregon. So it is natural to use the local barley malt for the production of Whisky. Westward, one of the few American Single Malts is produced under strict criteria, which are similar to Scotch. After distilling twice, the Malt matures for a minimum of three years in fresh American white oak casks and is afterwards bottled in small batches.
