The 20-year-old Gold Cock whisky comes from the distillate stocks in Dolany from 1999, so the single malt was filled into new, heavily burned out barrels with a volume of about 290 liters for post-maturation. Gold Cock is the Czech Republic's oldest whisky brand. The Rudolf Jelínek distillery was founded as early as 1894. In addition to its renowned fruit brandies and liqueurs, it also distills single malt whisky.
