The Wolfburn Batch 318 is the sixth bottling of the Small Batch Series by now and has a slightly smoky character besides the Sherry influences. Spirits from first-fill Bourbon casks and slightly peated spirits from Oloroso Sherry casks were married together. Both matured for seven years in their respective casks.
