All steps of the production from the malting to the bottling happens in the Stauning distillery, which is located in Skjern, directly on the Danish west coast. 51% rye and 49% grain is malted for the Stauning Rye. After the distillation in directly fired pot stills, the Whisky matures in strongly charred American white oak casks for three years. Limited bottling.
