Quite a busy, young piece of history.
Clear malt profile with graphite, fresh fruit (apple, apricot), vanillin, hints of smoke and "Carribean Rum" type phenolics.
On the palate, firm and lively heat throughout, grainy, dry tannin and smoke with hints of chili.
Water brings out more Bourbon cask qualities, light sweetness and even more heat on the palate.
Dry oak finish throughout.
