Nosing: burnt marshmallow, imagine a sort of berry glaze over a slightly burnt piece of meat. much more medicinal with some water.
Taste:
Finish: medium with the berry notes, smoke fades fast
Comment: This was a neck pour, so keep that in mind. I would say if you are a fan of Laphroaig it's worth checking out, a bit more dry and berry like than a let's say Uigadeail or Talisker DE. It is not nearly as great as last year's Cairdeas though, but that was a real gem.
