Nosing: soft fruit notes, apricot, just a hint of dried fruit
Taste: (winey to start) but transitions to
Finish: very dry.
Comment: I really enjoy this one. This is very different than any other sherry seasoned casks, Amontillado is not something you see every day. I feel like it complements Glenkinchie very, very well. For as much grief the lowland malts get online, this one is def worth a try.
