Dingle Single Malt
The Irish Dingle distillery was founded in 2012 by the three beer brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. After the Single Malt was bottled in small batches for a few years, now the first standard bottling for the core range follows. The triple distilled Malt Whiskey matured for 61% in PX Sherry casks and for 39% in classic Bourbon casks.
